Healthy Gardening

Gardening is definitely one of the most vulnerable household activities for causing back pain. I find a lot of gardeners get immersed in their gardening and spend too much time on their knees, or bending forward, without taking any breaks. Taking frequent breaks, stretching, and utilizing some ergonomic improvements can go a long way to prevent back pain while making your gardens look great.
