Here’s a recording of my May 1st, 2021 360 Health. The recording will only be available until Sunday, May 16th. Watch at your leisure. Make notes of topics and ideas that you want to implement into your lifestyle. Add these notes to your 360 Health workbook. Develop your list of Small Steps to Make Big Changes. Don’t forget to spend the necessary time to discover your Limiting Beliefs, Empowering Beliefs, and your Big Why. Then you can write down your Major Goal(s) and create the Mini-Stepping Stone Goals that will help your journey to seem less daunting, and give yourself little rewards for each mini-goal that you achieve. Create a Vision Board with images and words of what your want your life to look like and what you want to achieve. Post it around your house. This process of making changes, should make you feel a little uncomfortable, but it should also be fun for you. Get your family involved. Recruit an Accountability Partner. Use me for accountability if you would like to. I’m here for you. Now get to work!!! : )
